I don’t use AOL much, but the new interface is quite appealing.
Speaking of interfaces, Google has added a couple of new features to their Yahoo360, a type of personal online community similar to MSN Spaces, but much nicer. Amongst others such as RSS and Alerts was Flickr as well.
Yahoo seems to dominate the news today. They recently announced a partnership with Motorola. Yahoo are to provide Motorola with various services for their linux based mobile devices, home broadband as well as their forthcoming iRadio. This will only however be available to most consumers in 2006.
In another partnership, Yahoo announced that they will be the exclusive provider for the in-flight wi-fi search service offered by Boeing’s Connexion. Press release is still pending so check Yahoo and Boeing regularly if you’re looking forward to this service!
In the ever competitive battle of the Top3 MSN have released a Screen Saver with its very own MSN search box. It pulls RSS feeds (of course) and photos from your desktop, so now you can have a “useful†screensaver that displays news, email, weather and more.
Well I think I have just made up for the brief postings of the last few days. lol.
