Web Copy Writer

An exciting opportunity exists for the right candidate to join my team. I am looking for an astute, young copy writer interested in the world of online marketing to join my team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- To assist in defining, writing and optimising copy for various web sites, newsletters, landing pages, articles and press releases etc.
- Establishing relationships and submitting articles to relevant online publications.
- Assisting with market research to help identify potential keywords that are relevant to client websites
- Bespoke day to day Admin tasks and reports as assigned by their Manager
Requirements
- Computer/Web literate good MS Word/Excel skills
- Previous Email/Web/HTML experience will be advantageous.
- Copy Writing Diploma or similar preferable
- Portfolio of Copy Writing work advantageous
- Experience using the Internet to research.
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills. You must have a high standard of English grammar.
- Excellent interaction skills (good team player)
- Hard-working self-starter with ability to work and learn on own initiative
This junior position is a fantastic starting point for anybody wishing to learn more about Search Engine Marketing. This role is likely to suit a recent college /university graduate.
You will receive training to carry out your tasks, but I am looking for a dedicated self-learner who is able to work independently.
